We’ll begin by recording a week of your natural eating habits, giving us a clear picture of where you're at before introducing new targets. With weekly check-ins, we’ll challenge your habits and explore fresh growth opportunities—think of it as a gamified approach to nutrition. Trust the process, and together, we’ll create lasting change.
